We went for a nice walk yesterday at Fitzgerald Lake Conservation Area in Northampton. It's a short drive from our house and about a half-hour walk in the woods to the lake. The path was snow-covered and in the Hemlock grove it was ice-covered. Once again, it was great to get out and stretch our legs and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. We're aching for more warm weather!
I've been taking B&W photos with my digital camera again. Here's the snow-covered path at the beginning of the walk.
